Kharkuto is a non-governmental and non-profit organization. It is a
group of young student volunteers who want to do something for the society. This
new born organization does not have popularity, strong financial base, required
helping hands and even any permanent address. But the volunteers like not only
to dream but also to work those out in real. Hence in spites of all those
imperfections and negations they started the organization and think it to be
the first step to bring the utopia.
